Cooking class will take place at the Restaurant Zigante, one of gourmet venues in Istria recommended by Michelin guide.

During the class you will prepare a four-course menu:

Sheep cheese mousse with truffles
Homemade pasta in three typical local shapes (fuzi, pljukanci, tagliatelle) with truffle products and fresh black truffles
Chicken fillet on a bed of boletus and truffle sauce
Ice cream with truffles
